계정 삭제 안내
itda 앱에서 계정을 삭제하면 모든 개인 데이터가 영구적으로 삭제됩니다.
앱 내 계정 삭제 방법
- itda 앱을 실행합니다.
- 하단 메뉴에서 설정 (Settings)을 탭합니다.
- 계정 관리 (Account Management)를 선택합니다.
- 회원 탈퇴 (Delete Account)를 탭합니다.
- 안내에 따라 삭제를 확인합니다.
주의사항
계정 삭제 후에는 복구가 불가능합니다.
삭제 전 중요한 데이터가 있다면 백업해 주세요.

이름, 이메일, 전화번호
케어링크 연결
연결된 파트너 및 권한
채팅 기록
1:1 대화 및 알림 기록
커뮤니티 활동
게시물 및 댓글
위치 공유 기록
CareLink 위치 이력
푸시 알림 설정
알림 동의 및 설정
데이터 보관 기간
계정 삭제 요청 후 30일 이내에 모든 데이터가 완전히 삭제됩니다.
법적 요구사항에 따라 일부 데이터는 최대 90일까지 보관될 수 있습니다.

Deleting your itda account permanently removes all personal data.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the itda app.
- Tap Settings in the bottom menu.
- Select Account Management.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Please back up any important data before proceeding.

Community Activity
Posts and comments
Location Sharing
CareLink location history
Push Settings
Notification consent & preferences
Data Retention Period
All data is fully deleted within 30 days of your request.
Some data may be retained for up to 90 days due to legal requirements.
